Clinic and Audiology Patients
Due to the current outbreak of Covid-19 we are taking every precaution to limit exposure for all our patients without compromising access to care.
At this time, we will be screening all patients that call for an appointment. Please be prepared to answer a few questions when you call and again when you arrive to the office.
When you arrive for your appointment you will be asked to sign in along with a cell phone number. All patients are required to wait in their vehicle until they are called to be escorted to an exam room.
Depending on the reason for the visit, we may be able to offer you a Telehealth visit. This will allow you to have a remote appointment with the physician via telephone or video. In order to do this, you will need an email address and one of the following:
- Smart Phone
- Computer with camera and audio capability
Not all appointments are appropriate for a remote visit. Schedules will be evaluated daily by the physicians and if you meet the criteria for a telehealth visit you will be contacted by our nursing staff.
We are continuing allergy injections at this time.
You will be asked to remain in your vehicle after receiving your injection to eliminate your exposure to others in our waiting room.
